thats not true, pacific palace hotel is one of the worst hotels i ever stayed in. the novotel hotel across the road is much better...
I'm sorry for your bad experienced at that hotel but i've had a great moments there. Maybe in my next visit i'll try Novotel... and perhaps you can identified youself in your next comment. Thank you.
