Perjalanan pulang dari Prague, kami singgah ke Dresden, salah sebuah bandar tarikan pelancong di Jerman. Adalah menjadi kebiasaan kepada pelancong yang pergi ke Prague untuk singgah sebentar ke Dresdan kerana Dresdan hanyalah 2 jam perjalanan dari sana. Kebanyakan pelancong ke Dresden adalah pelancong Jerman sendiri.
Dresdan turut menawarkan tempat-tempat menarik untuk dikunjungi. Kami hanya singgah di Dresdan selama 2 jam sebelum keretapi seterusnya membawa kami pulang ke Berlin jam 5.30 petang. Baki perjalanan ke Berlin kira-kira 3 jam lagi kerana kami akan bertukar keretapi sekali lagi.
Terletak di Sungai Elbe, kawasan industri, pentadbiran kerajaan dan pusat kebudayaannya yang terkenal iaitu Bruehl Terrace dan mercu tanda sejarahnya terletak berpusat di Old Town. Antara yang menjadi tarikan pelancong ialah Samper Opera, the Frauenkirche dan Zwinger Palace.
Di perjalanan pulang, kami disajikan dengan pemandangan ladang-ladang bunga rapeseed/canola yang menguning di kiri kanan.
